As an IT Administrator for a non-profit organization, I manage the entire technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. I oversee the PC fleet using Microsoft Intune, providing comprehensive support for daily tasks through both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace collaboration tools. In addition to managing the network and hardware, I am responsible for all tech-related aspects, from system configuration to troubleshooting. I successfully implemented and configured Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Intune, and Active Directory from scratch, ensuring seamless integration, centralized management, and optimal performance for the organization. This setup has streamlined operations and enhanced overall efficiency across the organization’s technology environment.
